Three-track EP of industrial syncopations delving deeper into AI—F’s conceptual framework and themes. While his first release on the label, 2020’s ‘A Lattice of Virtually Identical Nodes’ explored the use of mobile technologies in opposing abuses of power, ‘Šutanovac’s Deal’ turns its gaze on the other side, the use of illegal and high tech weapons to intimidate, oppress and torture civilians, and the global arms trade that perpetuates their use.
Spontaneous yet meticulously arranged and recorded, these three tracks mark the evolution of his sound from techno to one that’s multi-faceted, incorporating elements from industrial, noise, techno, dubstep and drum & bass.
100% of sales donated to the Omega Research Foundation (Omega), an independent UK-based research organisation that’s dedicated to providing rigorous, objective, evidence-based research on the manufacture, trade in, and use of, military, security and police technologies.
